Body Image Activist, Coach and Photographer Shannon Smith is facilitating a 2 day workshop on body & self image. How to address the inner critic, how to build a foundation of self-love/acceptance and to live life to your fullest ability.

During this workshop we will be doing active discussions, learning new tools, connecting and supporting one another. We will have activities to do as well.
